Redemption Process

1. Prepare the documentation needed

Proof of purchase (invoice/receipt) that includes Product Model and Product SN.
Product Model and SN can be found on the product box.

2. Photograph and Key-in the Product Model with Serial Number

Take a clear photograph of the Product and Serial Number. This process helps to ensure the verification of the submission.

3. Select Reseller and Purchase Date

Select the source and date of the product purchase as indicated on the Proof of Purchase (invoice/receipt).

4. Upload the proof of purchase

Capture the proof of purchase, kindly ensure the image is clear for submission verification.

5. Choose Your Desired Gift

Select available gifts

6. Fill in your Personal Information

Complete all required fields, including your name, contact information and any other specifics necessary to process your submission.

7. Confirm the information

Review and verify that all information submitted is accurate and complete.

8. Track your submission

Check the submission status.
